Well, I've gotten to a BMI of 22 from 31 at the beginning of the challenge.

I was going to wait until I got the CD and celebrate its arrival that way. But maybe I'll do some practices with the YouTube version of the song in the meantime.

Has anybody done the jumping Jack, Push-up, dance move challenge yet? I'm going to do that sometime this week. I think John did 13 circuits.

Umm, LIke The Black Knight said, wasn't somthing supposed to happen? Because i really want to participate, but i dont have the motivation. Am i missing something here? Did it already start with out me? please help the poor BC

Start off my getting into a horse stance. A horse stance is when you start from a standing position then you spread you legs out wide and squat really low to the ground. Then you hold it there for 20min. while throwing punches. After 20 min or so get in the push up position and do 50 push ups go directly t you back and do some leg lifts. Hold these leg lifts for 15 min then start the process over again until you pass out.

Ideas that are good for our bodies, our minds, and decrease world suck!

Do some sort of Volunteering that has health benefits- raking leaves/yard work for people who aren't able, helping out with Meals on Wheels or a soup kitchen (industrial cooking is a great workout- ie. carrying heavy pots, repetative movements such as sandwich making, refilling drinks- which takes strength and skill), working with children, walk dogs for your local animal shelter, go door to door to collect money for your favorite charaties (extra points for how much money you collect), etc.

Or you could use your special nerd skills to help others- for example- work at an after school tutoring program (put those brains to work!); fix people's computers; take your favorite boardgame to a nursing home and play it with the residents; teach someone else how to paint, sew, be a blacksmith, play D&D, or whatever your passion may be.

These are just a few ideas- but I'm sure that if we thought about it we could come up with a myriad of activites that enrich not only our bodies but our minds and communties as well! :)
