Agloe, New York

Agloe, New York is a fictitious village created by the Esso company in the early 1930s and inserted into tourist maps as a copyright trap, or paper town. Located at the intersection of two dirt roads just north of Roscoe.

I'd like to go to Agloe, see what's there. I was kind of thinking of doing a road trip to all of the copyright traps.

No, Rachel. That's a different Rockland. The Rockland with the bakery is a county. 's where I'm from. The bakery is ... 15 to 20 minutes away from my house.
