I've been gliding and loved it, now applying for a Scholarship!
What size boots do you need Matilda?  Pretty sure: http://www.cadetdirect.com/products1.php?cat=1 will have you covered!

Does the program not provide boots? Also, what kind of boots are you looking for?

Hi there, I'm a sea cadet down in the south and i'm in DESPERATE need of some boots however I'm kinda tight on money. Is there anyone willing to sell/give away their boots? I'm willing to pay for postage (provided it isn't like £15 or something stupid). Please let me know if anyone can help. THANKS!

St. John Ambulance Cadet, here.

We're kinda wimpy compared to other cadets, but we learn how to save people's lives, so I'm proud of us all the same.

We are funded by our own work and by the area we are based in.
We fly Tutors mainly, I haven't really wanted to go flying with the whole height thing.

It's pretty much the same, the drill, the ironing, polishing. We fly Cessna 172s and schweizer 2-33a gliders. We have different training regions for difrent parts of Canada, each with one or two summer training center camps. I live in "Prairie regions" So we have Penhold and Gimili

What's it like in the Royal Canadian Air Cadets? 
Uniform looks similar and such.
