@kassandra, yeah, that's what we have over here in the states. I'm surprised at how many people actually by the garbage. Processed cheese isn't exactly what I'd call cheese. Looks like cheese, taste like cheese, feels like cheese, but it isn't. It's all bad for you. No wonder it made your liver hurt. I prefer real cheese myself, yeah, it's a bit more costly, but, you get what you pay for right?

@Rebekah I get called a mouse too! For the longest time I would have a grilled cheese sandwich at every restaurant I went to.

is this really the cheese you get over there?
we call this processed cheese and i hate it. i had a coupon for subway the other day and got a vegetarian footlong and that was on it. it hurt my liver. no joke.

and hard french mountain cheeses like reblochon, the kind that is really good made in a small mountain dairy. similar to gruyere.
also chevre, but like brie only when still white inside.
i can't stand ripe brie/camembert.
