and hard french mountain cheeses like reblochon, the kind that is really good made in a small mountain dairy. similar to gruyere.
also chevre, but like brie only when still white inside.
i can't stand ripe brie/camembert.

how about a nice cheeseplatter/board as profile picture.
i have always liked cheese.
i like very fresh brie though that is still white and firm inside. hard to find. usually i like mature cheeses.
farmhouse cheddar, oude gouda ectr.
