My father has been a chocolate connoisseur since I was a little tyke, so I have an appreciation for fine chocolates. I will try chocolate from any country on Planet Earth, and have no particular favorites (though Belgian chocs--my Pop's personal fave--comes close).

My father dislikes American chocolate. He believes them to be too "waxy". I'm not really sure if Godiva or Dove are American, to be honest. I'm also not sure if he like ones like Russell Stover, or not.

As for myself, if you put a box of chocolates in my lap, I will eat them. (I will also give you a hug and/or kiss for giving me chocolates! ^_^)

Unlike my Pop, I like American "cheap" chocolate. My absolute favorite candy in the whole wide world and beyond, since I was little, is Sixlets. There is something about those little crispy balls of chocolate that I can happily munch on all day long! Close runner-up would be peanut butter M & Ms.

So, so, so happy to see a chocolate "support" (lol) group here! :-D

Does anyone know the special offers from Lindt? There are, for example, chocolate cookie or a chocolate with "a spicy hazelnut filling" (with cinnamon) I don't know who far these limited editions spread onto the world... If you see them, just try them out, they are, in my opinion, delicious! :D
