Comment by Kaila on January 29, 2013 at 7:11pm Hey there! I have madelungs deformity, which is a bone deformity in the wrists. I've had two surgeries to fix the problem but they haven't done that much. Because of the whole deformity thing I am in pain constantly, I'd compare it to having broken wrists 24/7, except worse...because it never heals.
I've had two surgeries but they still haven't been able to get rid of the chronic pain.
I've also been in rehab twice, in a pain program which has helped me tremendously, just by showing me ways to deal with always having chronic pain. I'd love to hear some coping strategies any of you have, as lately the pain is increasing. Anyways, hopefully we'll be able to talk some more and share some tips and stuff. :)
