Ah, well, that is one of the aims of this project; to make more detailed plans earlier and less prone to change.

In order to set a time all I need to know is the earliest time at which you can arrive. I am going to assume that 1. You will come for one day only 2. Weekends are best for you. and 3. About a fortnight should be enough time to plan ahead. Of course, "You" can mean anyone who is interested in coming to Weymouth, Portland or Dorchester in Dorset (UK).

I'm sure I could make it to Dorset under my own steam but we'd have to make more concrete arrangements as to where, and when to meet.

There is a good chance I could travel at a weekend, but I would need at least 1 weeks notice, preferably more.

I am able to travel. It would have to be a weekend and if it is too far, I would have to sleep somewhere.

For me it depends on the date, but it is not likely that I'll be able to travel...
I would be willing to host though.
