Marvel vs. DC

Personally, I'm a big fan of DC. I don't really follow Marvel comics at all, though I am a big fan of Deadpool and I like most of the older Spiderman stuff, such as the Clone Saga (one of my favorite ret-cons ever lol. Gotta love the Marvel reset button). As far as DC goes, I mostly follow Batman and the like. I do enjoy the Big Blue Boyscout and The Justice League and all, but Batman prettymuch owns my soul.

So, which is your preference, and why?

I agree. Especially when you do not see him in first person- When people look at him, he looks more villain than hero, he works at night, he has a deep dark past- and yet.

to be honest i love both DC and marvel but as for buying comics etc i rather buy avengers or spidey as a single continuing arcs as for DC i rather read up about characters etc on wikipedia

Even though I own more Marvel comics than DC comics, I have to say, DC is much more realistic, it kicks more ***, and the characters have a dark personality.
A good friend of mine once said that "Marvel is Fast Food". I totally agree! You pick up the latest "Amazing Spider-Man" issue, great read, a lot of awesome moments-- oh, you're done; See ya next week!
But if you read some DC Comics, you really have to think what is going on, the action grows slowly and when you're done with the book, you just say "Wow... that was awesome!".

I think that Marvel is like, God.DC is awesome to, mainly for Batman but I think that if Marvel had Batman, they could destroy the world with its awesomenesss ^________^

the story lines are so much cooler and the characters the whole aspect of the marvel universe where character bump into other characters from different storys from time to time is great!
