Easy. The Girl in the Fireplace. Because 1) 1 of the few Moffat episodes, so it's already amazing right there 2) Enlightenment philosophy and 3) pre-revolutionary FRANCE on a 51ST CENTURY SPACESHIP! :DX
Always find myself crying out "Why did she need a dang suitcase?!?"
