FAvorite Companion?

Who is your all-time favorite companion? I'm a fan of Amy, Rory, Sarah Jane, and Rose myself. Thoughts?

 

Also, which Doctor do you prefer your favorite companion with? For example, I like Sarah Jane with the Fourth Doctor.

Amy and Rory are my favorite! They are so funny and they bring a lot of excitement! But Donna was also a great companion, because she was like the only one who wasn't in love with The Doctor.

Amy's first season, because she was clever and innovative.

Then, Jack. (Jack is just cool.)

Then, Rory, because he is sort of awesome.

Then, Martha, because she actually had some training and knew what she was doing.

Then, Amy's second season, (so far,) because she has seemed kind of helpless, so she isn't as good as her original...

Then, Donna, because she had a good dynamic with the Doctor.

Then, Mickey, because he was clever and had a decent character arc.

Lastly, Rose. She didn't seem all that useful most of the time, except getting into trouble and the Doctor having to save her. Very occasionally near the end of her span, (and in Journey's End,) would she do something clever and smart, and save the day, but most of the time she would just be a damsel in distress.

I completely agree, I didn't like Rose either.

I also always thought Rose was kind of concieted. She was surprised that the Doctor had had companions before, and she was totally leading Mickey on! I didn't like her at all.

I agree! The first episode I watched her in was actually the one she died in, and by the end of the episode I was just like, "Good Riddance!"

MARTHA!!! But Rory has kind of stolen my heart in the last couple of seasons. And my Doctor will always be the 10th. I wonder what he would have been like with Amy and Rory, and likewise what the 11th's relationship would have been with Martha?
