Doctor Who presents some pretty awesome bad guys. From the potato-like Sontarans, to the resilient daleks, to the terrifying weeping angels, who's your favourite?

The master is my favorite villain. He is the Professor Moriarty to the Doctor's Sherlock.

I love The Master!!! He's so amazing! All the sexual tension between The Doctor and Him is so riveting. I also really like the Daleks. My facebook profile picture is a Dalek and I haven't changed it in like a year.

I like the Weeping Angels! >:D

Don’t blink.
Blink and you’re dead.
Don’t turn your back.
Don’t look away.
And don’t blink.
Good Luck.

That is an AWESOME image :D ^^^

thank you for that...won't be blinking anytime soon.  Something so simple should never be that scary.

My favourite would have to be The Master :) He is evil yet he is really awesome. I have to admit that sometimes I fangirl over him XD

I just watched the episode where everyone turns into him and I was completely elated :D

The Weeping Angels are the things of my nightmares. One, because of how they operate; every thing about that is terrifying. They steal your time energy by letting you live to death in an era you weren't born in, and the fact that they are literally impossible to kill. Two, it's because they seem almost plausible. How do we know if statues don't move when we turn our backs? I didn't go into cemeteries before Doctor Who, and I certainly don't go into any now. Oh, and the fact that they can manifest through images and copies. I had I dream once that I was at Hogwarts in Defense against the Dark Arts class, and we were learing how to handle boggarts; and my boggart turned into a Weeping Angel, which in turn, became and actual Weeping Angel. And then everyone died; because the Doctor showed up late. Scary, Scary dream.

Omegal was pretty epic. Took the first THREE Doctors to put him down. Yeah I've been watching the original series lately. It's pretty dang good once you get past #2. Looking forward to fining a classic Villain even better than that.

Modern I would say The master as well. He's the only one out there who's given the man a run for his money that's able to even out the scales of power and brilliance.

like the master and the weeping angels, but give me a "good" ol Dalek any day

The Master and the Daleks. I become very excited and happy whenever I see them. For the Master - I have only seen the generation with John Simm and I am very curious about his other generations.

It seems that I really like psychopaths and pathological murderers. I wonder what that says about me.

It could say alot. =)
