Nerdfighters

Okay, so the other day I was thinking of how to describe each of the Doctors and comparing and contrasting them (although I've seen only a handful of the classic episodes) but I am TERRIBLE at describing and explaining things (and that is why I will never, ever be a teacher) And as I absolutely love discussing Doctor Who here on nerdfighters, I was wondering: how would you guys describe each of the Doctors? How do they compare, how do they differ?

The first Doctor was very over bearing and "important" in his first season. He quickly warmed up though, although I'm not really sure when that happened. The focus of his episodes was more on the companions than the Doctor.

I've mostly just seen Nu!Who, so ...

9 was grief-stricken and felt guilty over the fall of the Time Lords, but learned to trust and believe in himself again again with Rose.

10 was clever, and had no problem flaunting it in front of people. He especially had a passion for humans, and liked to show off a lot. He still felt guilt, but he was moving on and took his place as one of the most powerful and benevolent people in the universe.

11 is a completely bonkers little kid, but he has a vicious and angry side as well.

9 was a depressed warn down soldier

10 was a sad teenager

11 is angry 5 year old (but i still love em)

... That works, too.

thanks haha

Haha if he's an angry five year old he's the most brilliant, intimidating, and all around awesome five year old I've ever seen :D His angry side literally made me wince and physically retreat into the couch because I was so... unready for it. You know, happy happy happy fun fun fun RAWR NO ONE HUMAN HAS ANYTHING TO SAY TO ME TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love it.
