Which of the Doctors do you think was the best dressed?

I've only watched the new series, but I always welcome a diversity of answers! I think, in my opinion, the best-dressed Doctor was the Eleventh, what with his tweed jackets and bow ties and suspenders and all. 

As an asides, I loved the Tenth's Converse shoes.

Also, how about companions? Which companion do you think was the best dressed? Although, their clothes usually differed in each episode (unlike the Doctors'), so...

Okay look at the era's the show was set in....I say 1, 7, 9.

Companions....Martha or Donna from the new...haven't seen too much of the old companions plus some were even aliens themselves.

I'd say Ten - I just so loved the fact he was always wearing converses! I also prefer his suit to the others,

but yhea, mostly it's his shoes - I was so sad when Eleven changed them :D
