Well, to be fair, there were a couple of flaws; we didn't really get to see the full impact of Simeon undoing everything the doctor ever did (some people were asking if this was the, "Silence will fall" thing and the fact we can't say for sure shows that scene was lacking); the whisper man could have been better used, most of the episode they just stand in the background, bit more whispergrowling every now and then, just to show that's why no one is trying to stop simeon would have been nice; this kill myself to stop everything the doctor did doesn't really fit GI, he was only stopped by the doctor 4 times, he just doesn't seem to have that kind of hate in him, the master yes, GI no (unless this was a GI from the far future, with a long history of defeat, but if that was the case the dialogue just didn't show it).

So was it perfect, NO, did it have; great visuals, superb acting, answer the questions it set out to answer, honour the classics, very touching moments, advanced the character giving them more dept and added new good things to established canon, Hell Yes! It was a superb episode, possibly the best this year, the people complaining are the same winy babies that can't accept any change to the show, really just showing they aren't true fans, a real fan of this show knows it has been 10 different kind of show during it's 50 year life time. Really I have to assume the people saying "bring back RTD" have brain damage, we will forever be grateful to the man for bringing Doctor Who back, but he was by no means a great writer, all the massive plot holes, the audience manipulation, that whole thing with the hand and the doctor/donna clone (the guy set rose up with a half Donna clone of himself and you people LIKE this?!), say what you will about moffat, he would never write The End of Time, which to me is more then evidence that russel left because he was done, he was fresh out of good ideas and left before embarrassing himself and giving us bad episodes, which we should admire him for, most show runners aren't able to do that.

People also seem to be complaining about that twist at the end, that it's insulting the actors and too confusing, me I say it's a stroke of genius and it really show how good a writer Moffat is; he had a story he wanted to tell and needed Eccleston for it, eccleston proved once again he is even more butthurt then most of the fandom, what did moffat do, he managed to write around it not only in a way that doesn't contradict established canon, but actually makes a lot of sense when you think about it (the fact it gives a well deserved, well fuck you, to eccleston is an added bonus), and it will probably make the story even better. The fact people are so confused about this, just shows the general IQ of the fandom went down as it's numbers expanded...

Do you guys like what happened in the name of the doctor? I'm having a frustrating debate with the guy on YouTube who HATED the finale. He went so far to say that the writers of Game of Thrones should replace Moffat and others ( not the GoT is a awful show, but come on really?) I just don't see the flaws in this episode, I really liked it.

Yes. In the classic series episode "The Deadly Assassin" they talk about it, but the Master gets more than that after he runs out and we know that the Council can renew a Timelord's regeneration cycle so it's possible that there could be more. It's an issue for sure, though.
