Wands

According to the JK Rowling website:

Hagrid: oak
Harry: holly (obviously!)
Hermione: vine wood
Ron: ash
Voldemort: yew

I'm sure there are more somewhere, but this is all I know. Harry, Hermione, and Ron's wood are based off of the Celtic calendar, which ascribes wood much like zodiac signs and gives them specific properties. The calendar can be looked up in jk's miscellaneous section.

How can Ron have been born in 1976, and Harry in 1980, when they're supposed to be the same age? It also makes him older than Fred and George. Why was Hermione born in 1975? Just asking.
