What would happen if Tim Burton directed the Harry Potter book-adaption series? Your thoughts, I'm curious to know all your honest opinions.

I think that would be really awesome... Also, we all know that Bellatrix would be the same and that Johnny Depp would magically appear as Voldemort, only this time he'd have a white face with dark black eye shadow, or cheeks. Either that or he'd be Sirius Black. Then Alan Rickman, Emma Thompson, Timothy Spall have all also been in Tim Burton casts very often so they might make an appearance or two.

I do not think that the movies would have been so popular with children if Tim Burton had directed them. And they'd perhaps be a bit more kooky.

Agreed, they'd have been that Deathy-Hallows-Darkness except from the first movie.

I think the movie would be cleverly imagined. Like, the muggle world would be shot in live action whereas the wizarding world would be CGI like his Alice In Wonderland movie :) That would be pretty cool to watch.

I would love it! First off I didn't really like the movies' style anyway, and I love almost any thing Tim Bueton does.

I honestly prayed for this to happen, 6th book / movie. Too bad it didn't happen but 6th was the darkest and it would have been amazing to see a Burton twist in that one!
