Comment by Danno on August 22, 2012 at 5:02pm ok, upon watching it for a second time, i can see where you're coming from. where the rainy day bread scene fits in the sequence of events and just what it means to her (and Prim) and a few other things could have been clearer, but overall i still think they did a really good job.
Comment by Desperado (Adam) on August 22, 2012 at 1:45pm guys, check this out, All Caps – Real Or Not Real [Acoustic]
Comment by Jennifer Yoon on August 16, 2012 at 12:27am @Matt Knarr True. I guess since most people who saw the movie read the books, it seems that they didn't need those explanations in there.
@Danno I see your point there.
btw only said this because someone I know saw the movie and had not read the books and was slightly confused at some points and wanted your input on this topic.
Comment by Matt Knarr on August 15, 2012 at 7:19pm @Jennifer Yoon I think they'd get the basics, but there were a lot of fairly major things that were never explained, such as who Effie was
Comment by Danno on June 24, 2012 at 11:26pm actually, i'm quite convinced of the opposite, there was a great deal of exposition and character development in the movie.
Comment by Jennifer Yoon on June 24, 2012 at 2:35pm Did anyone else think that the movie wouldn't make sense if people didn't read the book?
