ok, upon watching it for a second time, i can see where you're coming from.  where the rainy day bread scene fits in the sequence of events and just what it means to her (and Prim) and a few other things could have been clearer, but overall i still think they did a really good job.

@Matt Knarr True. I guess since most people who saw the movie read the books, it seems that they didn't need those explanations in there. 

@Danno I see your point there. 

btw only said this because someone I know saw the movie and had not read the books and was slightly confused at some points and wanted your input on this topic.
