Nerdfighters

Hi, This is my first post

i like that there is already a group for introverts...

ive been a introvert since i was about 10...

here is a quick description of the 16 personality types

http://www.personalitypage.com/high-level.html

i can identify with each one that starts with an "I" but the one that i completely identify with changes.

right now that is INTJ...last year it was ISTP.

at first that kinda freaked me out...like is that normal that my personality type changes?...i did some googleing and after a few minutes of reading i realized it would be more of a concern if my personality didn't change.

so i want to know What is your Personality type?, can you remember when it was different?

here is a test: http://www.humanmetrics.com/cgi-win/jtypes2.asp

DFTBA!

Best.

INFP here. Have to say, the career choices are accurate. Too bad thesis writing is waay beyond my capabilities.

Wow that test was way ON. I got INFP and it totally fits me to a tee.

Mine was INTJ, which at first, didn't seem like it really fit me, until I read this:

INTJs are natural leaders, although they usually choose to remain in the background until they see a real need to take over the lead. When they are in leadership roles, they are quite effective, because they are able to objectively see the reality of a situation, and are adaptable enough to change things which aren't working well. They are the supreme strategists - always scanning available ideas and concepts and weighing them against their current strategy, to plan for every conceivable contingency....When under a great deal of stress, the INTJ may become obsessed with mindless repetitive, Sensate activities, such as over-drinking. They may also tend to become absorbed with minutia and details that they would not normally consider important to their overall goal.

After I read that, I knew that it fit me pretty well. I was surprised at how accurate it was. Although, I'm no scientist. That's the only part I didn't think really fit me..

I'm INFJ through and through, I even found some "How to Date INFJ" info and posted it here: Beeewalsh's INFJ Dating Tips!

Also, personality types and their animals: wherein, I am a wolf, and I am totally fine with that.

DFTBA.

That animal test is awesome! I'm a meerkat, which is hilarious because IRL my friends always say that I remind them of a meerkat. It's destiny! lol

INTJ as well.

I got INTJ as well. According to the animal test, I'm an octopus.

Result was INTP and can understand it mostly. I am not social, at least not for the majority of those I come in contact with. I do tend to shift depending on mood, but right now has been a low period.

I've been a fan of these tests for a while, and I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one who has had a changing personality type. But, about two years ago, I was branded with INFP (not that I'm complaining, as it fits me almost completely) and I feel like I will be that way forever. That was right after I noticed "the change" (long story you wouldn't want to be bothered with) and I think I'll keep that change for a while.

I really like this personality assessment because it's detailed, easily explained, and a nice way to evaluate yourself.

I've been taking animal quizzes for quite a long time (I love quizzes of any and all types. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd be extremely grateful). Usually, I am either and owl or a wolf (though recently I was labelled as a spider); and though it somewhat shocked me, I'm particularly happy to be branded as a Meerkat, because one of my favourite shows used to be Meerkat Manor and I have a particular soft spot for the creatures.

I'll end this unnecessarily long reply now (sorry about that).

INTP, I have to say I'm a bit disappointed in the career choices.

I got INFJ. It's kinda scary how accurate of a description that is of me. :P

i got the same! :)
