My 6 year old son modifies his legos with sharpies which is anathema to me but he rolls with it. What opinions do you have on this?

I built a model of Metal Gear Rex with Legos a couple summers back and it was seriously up there with the greatest achievements of my life. and I'm an Eagle Scout. Eagle Scout first, Lego Metal Gear second.

I bet you've all been reading The Brothers Brick blog, they have some wonderful Lego creations on there. Especially Lego anime mecha.

Will post pics of my Bollywood castle I made out of Lego for an Indian blogger buddy (even though he is an American born Indian who dislikes his own country) for his birthday when I find out when it is... just gotta find my camera...

Just finished building a modified version of the Echo Base Lego Star Wars set, now the Snowtroopers have a basic white block built base to defend themselves from Rebel gunfire. I believe in fair fights, which is why I built it.

Love building all the really expensive ones. And inventing my own designs.

I can remember as a kid, I always used to collect the rescuse set, then one day I went to lego land and bought the big huge space ship set, so I used to rescue the aliens quite a lot.

I have a lego castle that spans one six-foot shelf, two dressers and a desk. It has a grand palace, kitchen, wine cellar, forge, fletcher, prison Island, forest, jousting grounds, tavern, pasture, mine, wizard's study, and viking colony. It's more like a lego kingdom than castle, I suppose.
