"It's Kind Of A Funny Story" by Ned Vizzini, it's beautifully written from a great point of view, I've read this book 5 times and it makes me laugh and cry every time I read it.

Two books that are definitely on my 100 must read list: The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky will always be close in my heart. And Invisible Monsters by Chuck Palahniuk is a terrific book about identity and really bends your mind all over the place.
