I want to get the cube and I know how but every time I try to click on the check mark thingy it comes up and says "Plugin Desktop Wall provides largedesktop which is also provided by Desktop cube" It then asks me if I want to disable Desktop Wall or not enable Desktop Cube. Should I disable Desktop Wall? Thanks a lot!

You just have to pick one or the other. When there's doubled functionality it's just asking you to choose which one you want and, since you want the cube, you'll need to disable the wall. A few other functions go away when you disable the wall, like window frames (the part with the window controls) so make sure you enable those too, they're listed in ccsm as well.
