Nerdfighters

So I've noticed quite a few people in this group are college students. Thusly, many of you, like myself, will probably be taking finals or be scrambling to finish term papers during the last few weeks of December. How about we all take a little study break on December 8th? Perhaps not exactly then, but somewhere in that general area. We could all gather in a park, play some games, just chat, etc. We will all probably be super mentally exhausted, it would be nice to take some time to relax. Also, just a chance to meet some nerdfighters!

If you'd like to make this happen or just have a cool game or activity to suggest, the comments below are a wonderful place to chat.

Also, a shout out to study abroad nerdfighters! I'm secretly from the US.

I'm up for it!:) Though I'm not a student, I'm an au pair...but hey, let's just pretend;P

What's an au pair? Whatever it is, that's fine too :)

Basically the same as a nanny;)

Can I pretend too?

Well of course! Nerdfighters need no reason to gather!

I SAY YES!! That would provide much needed relief in a time of woe :-)

I'm up for it and right now I appear to be free... :P

What about Victoria Park? It's nice and quite (we can soon change that!) and usually quite pretty at this time of year.

If anyone were to have the evil baby orphanage game, I believe you would be the most loved person there.

I made a facebook event for this so it is easier to track: http://www.facebook.com/events/299277346851962/

Had to create a profile for Nerdfighteria in order to make the event public, darn automatic privacy settings for minors. I added my own account as another host on there though, so I will probably do updates through that. If my adding myself as a host made it so that you can't see it because it would go to friends of friends, then tell me and I'll just take myself off and work through the Nerdfighteria account.

I would love it! :D Just let us decide when and where.  :)

Hey guys, any updates on this?

I was just thinking about this a little while ago. Sorry for not being organized yet, uni has made me pull a series of all-nighters. I spent a little bit of time looking around for indoor events, but not with much success. Perhaps we could just pick a museum and gather in their little cafe area? I've heard of people using the National Gallery before.
