It's not in the hobbit, but it's in the Silmarillion. And since peter jackson is making a "The hobbit and everything else that was going on at the time" movie, Galadriel and Gandalf are going to meet. The white council was meeting around that time to take care of Sauron.

Can't wait for the Hobbit! I just saw the preview for the millionth time, and I think I like even more now! I'm most excited about the songs. The dwarves' song gives me chills!

Hello there! Does anyone else here re-watch the Hobbit trailor just for the gorgeous song? I keep getting goosebumps, even though I've seen it a few times now. :D
