isla de encanta is one, and something against you appeals to my now-dormant thrash metal side, and gigantic just sounds fun:) other than that, pretty much the whole of surfer rosa is awesome. I don't have much of their later stuff, so i always think of them as that raw, fresh screamalong band like with Broken Face.

gigantic is one of my favourites, i wish they'd let kim sing on more songs cuz i like her voice :) hey and gouge away are 2 of the best

aww yeah i forgot about those lol!
i got a breeders album on tape for that reason haha. Kim Deal is the essence of cool.
Hey is great, the bassline is really hypnotic.
i made a slowed-down instrumental cover of Gouge away, and put it on my page here, if you want to have a look. I heard some smashing pumpkins and thought that Gouge Away would benefit from some slowed down sinister billy corgan action, i just couldnt nail the vocals lol.

yeah, it was a fun day :) did the drums with a drum machine, after listening to the song a bit too much lol.
