Okay, seriously. How about a gathering?

Yoooo, kiddies.

So I am totally willing to take charge on getting a gathering together, but I'll need your help. First things first, I need to know when works best for you. I'm thinking mid-November or early December. Also, we need to think of things to DO.

If we go with mid-November, then we have the first Deathly Hallows movie premier. I think that would be really fun, as long as no one feels excluded by not being an HP fan. We could do something to celebrate that, but mostly just have something to celebrate Nerdfighting?

Also, I think a café at a bookstore would be a potentially good place to meet. Otherwise, I know that libraries typically have rooms you can rent out for free, which would be a good idea and is something I've done before. I feel like the Twin Cities would be best, seeing as it's the most populated place in the state. I personally am from Minneapolis, so that's where my vote goes, but I'm open to suggestions.

We could also invite some Wisconsin, Iowa, and Dakota Nerdfighters, if we want! I feel like it should be open to whoever feels the calling. (:

If we do plan something, I want you guys to follow through with showing up though! I'd be heartbroken if I made the trip home for this and put the work into it only to end up all alone!
