Nerdfighters

Some people don't want to talk about their plots till they're finished writing. Other people just have to rant about them. Anyone have any plots to rant about?

That's the story of us all, isn't it? XDD
Pretty much xD I mean the Island of Nerdfighteria
That sounds awesome.
Mine is about this guy going to a camp all summer and pretty much gets into a lot of trouble and meets a girl with a broken past and a crooked future.
I realy like the phrase "broken past and crooked future"
I love ranting! I'm actually converting my unfinished play into a novel, so this is going to be difficult.

It's about a girl named Isabella who finally finds the courage to runaway from her abusive father. Isabella has an odd sort of connection with nature, the wind carries her to a bus stop where she finds an old, beat up school bus. She learns the bus is full of misfits (like boy who talks through a sock puppet and a contortionist who ran away from the circus) just like herself traveling through the deep South with the final destination of Death Valley, CA. She decides to join the caravan in hopes of leaving her troubled past behind.
I feel like if I saw this in a library, I would read it :D
So far I have a teenage street violinist in New York adopted by a guy who has visions of Beethoven's youth when he plays the piano, so do his friends, and he teaches the violinist to play the piano and he starts having visions too, and they realize that Beethoven hid a symphony *insert where he hid it here* and someone else knows they're having these visions and is blackmailing them and trying to find the lost symphony first.

*phew* How's that for a run on sentence? It always sounds stupid when I write it down...
I don't think it sounds stupid. It sounds like a very original idea. Very mysterious! Will there be any historical flashback (or, maybe I shouldn't call them flashbacks, but, will we see what Beethoven was up to?)
Haha thank you! And of course! The visions will be described in great detail :)
I'm working on a Pre-punk story.
if you know what cyberpunk, dieselpunk or clockpunk is, etc, you'll sorta know what I'm talking about.
around three different characters whose stories keep on intertwining.
Hopefully I pull through.

Basically, they all end up getting sold off as slaves, through unfortunate circumstances, and they get separated, and that's not even the beginning of the story.
Mine is about a small town in the Western US full of religious Catholic extremists. They kill people they deem impure because they believe they should have some last and "just" form of punishment on Earth. A journalist from NY joins the group undercover pretending to be looking for religious salvation and meets a girl set to die within a few weeks while she's in prison and he sets about to expose the town's misdeeds before anymore people can die.

The idea just sort of came to me, literally, around midnight on 11/1. Spooky.
