Hello my lovely female Nerdfighters! I'm in a competition for video bloggers to win a job traveling the world and video blogging (and getting paid for it!) I'm currently in 2nd place, and could really use you votes. Since you are clearly awesome and fantastic, I figured I'd ask you for help. There are only 10 actual nerdboys in my school of 800-900 students and I am really excited to say that I am in Nerdfighterlike with one of them, my best friend!!

We have some insane boys at my school. They HATE feminists, but they haven't got any good arguments at all.
they tell us thet we should be more like them. That every girl should be like a boy. They also hate gays (but not lesbians because they love lesbian porn) so I'm not sure how they think when they say that we sould be more like boys..

Even though they are kinda stupid it's getting a bit annoying to have them yell "femisist!" after you every now and then.

So apparently, according to my roommate, feminists are ridiculous and oversensitive, and women should be happy spending their lives cooking and cleaning and having babies. She doesn't seem to realize that she owes the very fact that she has a choice to women who wouldn't stop fighting for their rights, and that if it wasn't for them, she wouldn't be pursuing a degree at a private university. -_- I'm not sure how she's passing sociology class, since I was in the same class last semester and this is the kind of short-sighted thinking that sociology tries to avoid.

Of course, she also thinks that telling racist jokes is okay even if it hurts people's feelings because people should "suck it up" and "not be so weak." (Those are direct quotes, by the way.) She and I do not get along.

I thought I'd share here because I am rather fed up with it and needed to vent, and I figured you girls would probably be most likely to empathize. ;)

I don't like going on writing sites. Many of them aren't even legit. I never post my work on any site except my Facebook page. Then only my friends could read it.
