Hi, I'm Caitlin :3 I'm a singer and I want to be a music teacher but I'm only 16, so that's for later on ^-^ So yeah, music is my life. I center my schedule around it and theatre. This year we're doing Gypsy ^_^ Anyway that's the creative side of me, but I'm really quite nerdy >_>' I LOVE Doctor Who (Ten...eep) Harry Potter, video games (mostly Mario stuff), anything written by Joss Whedon, Lord of the Rings, and I'm just getting into photography.

I'd prefer someone my age or a few years older, and I would love to snail mail. Email is ok too but recently I've found people don't talk as much online, and I'm bad at restarting conversations when they reach a dead end >_> It would be nice to meet a whovian, to be able to geek out about stuff...or someone who is really driven in music. That would be awesome :D I get along better with guys if that's any help, erm... no real location preference but it would be cool to write to someone from the UK or france :)

Hey, I'm Carys and I'm a girl. I also seem to get along better with guys but maybe we'll get along better because of that? I think that guys are way less irritating and high maintenance than a lot of girls. I love Doctor Who too :D I have all the re-vamped box sets (Doctors 9-11) and I am more than slightly obsessed! I love Harry Potter, Mario Kart wii and I like reading books. I don't really have a type of book but I love John Green's stuff and I loved The Hunger Games. I am slowly teaching myself guitar and ukulele and I would love to get into theatre but I'm too self-conscious about being on stage at the moment. I am getting better though, and my friend is looking for acting classes, so I might join him if he finds one.

The only problem is that I can't do snail mail :( Maybe occasionally, but I don't have a job yet and I worked it out to be around $1.60 - $2 each letter, which isn't that much but it adds up :P So if you want to do email with the occasional snail mail, that's cool with me :)

Hello, girls. Aside from wanting to be a penpal, I think it would be to everyone's advantage if we just use email. After we get to know each other, then we can send a package (including a letter) every once an awhile. Just my opinion, however.

A bit about myself... I'm an adventurous nerd. I like exploring daring places, traveling the world, eating it's foods (I'm also quite risky there, but that aside, I LOVE eating), learning the local cultures, etc. Because I tend to be highly philosophical, I also tend to question things a lot. I'm an avid reader, and I'm always in search of a classic in it's original shape (for example, Dr.Jekyll and Mr.Hyde)
Antiques are some of my favorite things to collect, yet I don't own too many. Nature is obviously a big yes!
Also, I've been called funny quite often, although I usually leave that for other people to decide. 
Oh, and a bit of an eccentric. You know, weird sense of humor, quirky behaviour, happy for unusual reasons, etc. Yes, if any part will *surely* get anyone to talk to me, it's that last bit ;P

You sound just like me in the traveling bit! :D I want to travel the world one day, or at least live in the UK or France for a year or so when I'm older. Contrary to what my mom believes, I'll try any food once,especially if it's foreign. I just really don't trust American food much. Yay reading! ^_^ Do you like any current books? My favorites tend to be sci fi like or dystopian future type things.

Apparently I'm cute and bubbly, which can be funny @_@ but that's not something I usually notice about myself xD
