Hey! I'm Loren. I'm a 16 year old New Yorker and one of those painfully awkward high school seniors. I'm something of a compulsive liar, but luckily I've channelled that into fiction writing, I'm a huge Joss Whedon fan (mostly Firefly), and I'm dressing up as an elf for the Hobbit midnight premier and that's basically been my life goal for the past 11 years so...  Please be my penpal.

Hi, I'm Becca from Saskatchewan. I'm 23 years old and I have a husband and a baby. I've been a Nerdighter for about 5 years now, but I'm not really friends with anyone in the Nerdfighter community yet, and I'd like to be. I'm into Harry Potter, Minecraft, Batman, reading, and movies. I'd prefer e-mail to snail mail. I'd love to hear from someone :)

Hi! I'm Sarah, I'm almost 20 and I'm from the Boston area. I'm an education and English major so I love discussing literature of all kinds. I'm a massive Harry Potter fan. I also love indie/alternative music as well as singer/song writer stuff. I like to jam on my ukulele and sing a lot even though I'm really bad. I'd like to learn guitar and piano soon. I want to move to Europe to teach English and maybe spend a period of time travelling north america and being a vagabond before I settle down into a teaching career. I'd really love to meet people that are from the same area as me since I have trouble finding friends to relate with in real life, but I'm open to talking to anyone! I love learning about other cultures so don't hesitate to say hey:) I'm extremely nice, I promise. Hey, everyone, I'm 19 and from Illinois. I adore reading and will be a librarian someday so that I can hang out at libraries all day long! Which will be lovely. I knit and am currently learning to crochet, though I generally end up with a knotted wad of yarn with the latter. I love funny TV shows and movies that are in French. Hey, 18 and from wales, into supernatural, sherlock, doctor who, batman games, architecture, films and reading, love to learn new instruments and art techniques (digital and physical!) also trying to expand my camera skills with lenses and new methods. OH and climbing, almost forgot.

Hi. My name is Carrie. I am 27 years old and living in Edinburgh. I want to write to someone I can talk to about art,culture, music and books. I would prefer to write to someone of a similar age. I have a penpal that lives in washington state so it would be nice to have a penpal from elsewhere. Snail mail prefered but could do email.

Hello. I'm an 18 year old girl in my last year of high school. I live in the United States. I am a huge Harry Potter nerd but I also love Hunger Games, Doctor Who, Percy Jackson, and even Twilight (but we don't have to talk about that if you don't want to). I've always wanted a pen pal but didn't really know how to get started so I'm glad my first time will be with a fellow nerdfighter. I've been a nerdfighter for about a year and a half. So yeah. Hello, i'm a 19 year old german girl jobbing at a lush store, waiting for something special to happen to distract me from worrying about my future. I love reading, cooking, painting, Michael Cera, watching how i met your mother and playing Stracraft and Pokemon, what keeps me alive is definitely the law of conversation of energy.
