Hello Nerdfighters,

Er- greetings and what not. My name is Alexandria, though you can call me Ali or Alex if you feel my name is too long.  I am 18 years old in my first year of college. Currently, my plan is to major in animation, though we shal see how long that last when art school whips me into shape hah-   I Here’s a list of favorites : book series- Harry Potter, Author -( hard to say but I like Charles de Lint and Robin Mckinley), tv series- ( many shows on Sci Fi). I am not picky. If you can handle my quirky ways and socially awkward tendencies that would be all I need to chat with you. ( though similar interest are good as well.) Hi Nerdfighters!

My name is Anna. I'm 18 and finishing my last semester of high school in Midwest America. My plan for college is to stay local and complete one or two semesters so that I can transfer to the best place to study my chosen majors.

I would like to study linguistics, Spanish, sociology, political science, anthropology, mythology, religion, philosophy, international studies, women's studies, childhood studies, and ethnic studies. Unfortunately I'll have to narrow that down to one or two. Most likely poli sci and women's studies.

I'd like to find a pen pal to discuss similar interests with and it would be awesome if they spoke Spanish so that I could practice.

 I think it would be really awesome to have someone to e-mail. I am 17 in high school and I love to read. I love Buffy the Vampire Slayer.. and basically just Joss Wheden. Hey, nerdfighters. I'm Claire.

I'm looking to figure out how people work. Right now, I'm fascinated with the way people sense themselves to me members to tribes, how those tribes function, and how they interact.

I'm interested in linguistics and the language. Favorite books of mine include Frankenstein, The Graveyard Book, Robin Hood, and the Adventures of Sherlock Holmes, and (wait for it) Will Grayson, Will Grayson. 

I love finding unlikely genres of music, like Nerdcore Hip-Hop or Gypsy Punk.
