Udacity (Free Online Courses)

Udacity offers free online courses that you can take anytime. It's run by professors at Standford University. Most of the classes are computer-based including intro to comp sci (which teaches Python, a computer language named after Monty Python). But there are also classes like statistics, physics and  discrete mathematics (mostly combinatorics but requires only a basic knowledge of polynomials). After completing certain courses (especially the computer ones) you can put it on your college or job application.
