So, I suppose the prudent thing to do in the name of Internet etiquette (if such a thing still exists) is to properly introduce myself. 

My name is Jem. I was named after a supporting character in Harper Lee's To Kill A Mockingbird. My YouTube channel (Found Here) consists exclusively to bass covers resulting in random whims in a vain attempt to create a virtual audition experience.

I'm currently using Sony Vegas Pro 12 as my editor, and meandering back and forth between that application and Audacity to capture the recorded audio. My camera is the built-in ASUS LifeCam/Virtual Camera on my ASUS X55c laptop. I've seen it record in full HD, but somehow that setting has mysteriously vanished, leaving you poor souls with the gritty, slightly out-of-sync frames that I've just decided to call part of my art in lieu of admitting an obvious lesson in futility. 

I suppose you can call that denial itself a form of art, as well.

What? I don't have to explain my art to you!

(Consequently, that is the ultimate rationalising for all kinds of ostentatious, serendipitous and ultimately impulsive faux pas)
