So basically we have been working like crazy but not updating! We are currently almost finished filming and are half way through editing. 

 

The film will premiere this easter. Probably late April. So it is very close but we are going to be asking for community contributions very very soon.

 

So stay tunned!

Taster for the movie (sound issues have been sorted for the final film) Also now done 15% of the movie!

Sorry the group has been silent , we have been working on production. If you are in the UK you can get involved in filming directly (just let me know you're interested) otherwise you can do one of the webcam only roles which you can audition for on the main website:

Allo all! More updates. (Forgot to update this page :S) Filming has begun. We have done 3 days worth now and a little under 4 scenes.

Hello new updates!

Right locations are progressing a little slowly at the moment but I might force myself to do things tomorrow!

Casting is a little better. Due to the small number of online auditions and time pressure I have started casting from people I know. We will still hopefully be telling just as good a story. The parts cast so far are:

Sam: Gareth Cooper
Donna: Rebecca Miles

OK we need updates.

First let me say I'm sorry you don't get updates more regularly! Sadly most of the people who have been working on the project have exams coming up right now and so there is a lot of revision going on!

I have also had a major event to organise, now however I am free to update you on our progress and it is very exciting progress indeed :)

1st we ARE extending the deadline for auditions indefinitely. We will obviously be closing them at some point but we are not sure when yet. We really need your auditions to start coming in so we can impress the big Youtubers who might be interested in supporting the project.

2nd John Green has given us permission to use b2.0 videos and some of Hanks music... I assume therefore that he asked Hank too :P He hopes the project is going well

3rd the gathering is now on the 11th of April by the bull at the bullring Birmingham, UK (don't worry its a shopping centre not a bull fighting arena :P )

and finnaly 4th. We have been in contact with several high profile Nerdfighters about the project and they are showing tentative interest. I can't tell you who but we need a real push in terms of auditions to show them we are serious about this. We have made a promotional booklet which we hope to be available on-line soon about the project.

Hi there, I have only just found out about the NFmovie, however it sounds TOO AWESOME FOR WORDS!

The audition page says it closed April 1st, is that still the case? I'm coming to the Birmingham gathering, and I would love to audition for even a small part, but I like the sound of Donna.

Is it too late for me to aufition?

Announcement: There will be a gathering in Birmingham UK on the 29th March at midday. Meeting by the bull statue by the Bull Ring.

Everyone interested in the film or not interested in the film should come along if you can. It will be a proper Nerdfighter gathering with putting nf notes in books and seeing the sights but we will also be letting anyone who wants to audition, be chatting and answering questions, getting to know each other AND reading the script for the film!
