To Jason and Xailia, I think EVERY show has a Matsuda like caracter.
Example:I like the show Monk, so I'll use that. Randy is the Matsuda. He goofs off, isn't taken very seriously, but is still a constant character in the show. (he's also a cop, but that's not neccessary to be the Matsuda)

I've been collecting the manga for a matter of months.. And seen every single episode... 3 times. Hmmm, it's quite the sad.
