I completely dissagree. I think that anyone should be able to cosplay whoever they want. Its not anyone elses decision other than their own what they want to do so I find it extremely rude and stupid when other people riff on peoples cosplays. Although they may not look like the character they can still work with their body to make it look good on them.

So no... I everyone who wants to should do it.
