So, anybody here interested in the glorious beauty of Tesla Coils? Those are pretty much what got me into physics in the first place. I built a Mark II coil when I was 11. Sweet Romulan Ale, it was fantastic.

I am finishing my first year of Grad school. Going for my PhD in Physics. Right now I am involved in Biophysics research, which means I use atomic force microscopes to poke cells and proteins.

No, but really. Since my first class about 3 years ago. T'was an awesome experience, and now I am seriously considering taking it as a Major, or Minor. :)
