For my AP American Government class, we are doing a public opinion poll on the upcoming election. I would really appreciate it if anyone wants to fill out (but only if you are a US citizen please): http://freeonlinesurveys.com/s.asp?sid=wsnatdxj4kgz1bx132593

Thank you!

I believe the correct language was something closer to "You can't fine people for this, but you can tax whatever you like. Really, even you know you meant "tax". " Nothing was said against insurance being required, it was all on the method of penalty.

Well the US health care act just got the thumbs up from the courts. That is interesting. Thoughts?

Local politics doesn't exactly bother me too much Azule mainly because I'm one of those US citizens without a representative really because I move too much.

Androo, that is so awesome...hopefully Harper gets caned at the next election...I have heard so many Canadians upset he's back in business 1) because him and his cronies are destroying Canada 2) because of some wrangling associated with unfairness in the structure of the Canadian voting system.  From what I've heard that Harper is doing I'm cheering for you guys to finally see the back of him.  It was a happy day when we lost Howard :) I just hope whoever replaces Harper isn't a douche of a different flavour
