What makes you a Ravenclaw?

i am always taking sorting quizzes on facebook and i am always put into Ravenclaw, but i guess it makes sense. i love to learn and knowledge is very important to me, even if i don't remember what i learned in Chemistry five years from now. friends are very important to me too, but not to the point where i drop everything for them [so not Hufflepuff] and i'm not brave or cunning at all, so not Gr. or Sly. either. so why are you in this house?

I'm a Ravenclaw because I am a huge geek, I really love to learn, and I am a bit critical of everything i see, trying to figure out how to improve on it. I like to think that I am witty and quirky. I have a really good memory, and a quick fact recall. I often find myself responding to questions that were meant to be rhetorical, much to the irritation of others.

I think most of us would say that we love to learn, so that is an obvious for me! But I'm also witty, and slightly (or more ;>) sarcastic. I usually use terms my other (non-nerdy or Ravenclaw) friends don't understand, because I can >:). Other than that, I'm just really into learning. I guess I"m a 'prodigy', or someone who can learn quickly what others already know. I'm also one that loves her friends, but wouldn't drop a project or homework to go hang out with them. If something bad happened I would.

1.) I've gotten straight A's all of my life
2.) I'm not kind and humble like Hufflepuffs, but am loyal. It's just I'm not not nice enough to be a Hufflepuff
3.) While I do have the ambition and sarcasm of a Slytherin, I am not prejudice against Muggle borns, Half-Bloods or Half- Breeds.
4.) I am definatley not courageous and lack ALL of the Gryffindor traits.
5.) I love reading. Give me a book and I am happy.
6.) I have "wit beyond measure" which is my "greatest treaure".

I know I'm a Ravenclaw because I always go out of my way to search for knowledge. I love reading and writing, and I am a VERY rational and objective person. I always analyze situations a great deal and I think that ignorance is the root of all world problems- If there were more Ravenclaws in the world, it might be a better place:D

i probably do have traits that fit me into ravenclaw...but i think it`s because i don`t fit into any of the others.
:) I`m not overly brave...or ambituos...or friendly? (like yeah, i am friendly just not to EVERYONE)

When we get assignments, the majority always look to me for help because, to them, I am the smart one. I have a passion for learning and having an education. While I may despise school, I cannot discredit it for it purpose. I want to spread knowledge around the universe and I believe that we are never done learning because it is impossible to know everything. The universe is our teacher, and we are all its students, waiting to be taught.

Definitely the wanting more knowledge, desire to learn part is why I am a Ravenclaw. I've never been particularly brave. I suppose in high school, when I went through my very agnsty phase I could have been a slytherin, but deep down I've always been a Ravenclaw.

My thoughts and view of the world are diffrent from almost all the other people I know and meet. I have always been called smart and daydreamer and sometimes strange.

AND last but not least...I'm in love with Luna Lovegood.

Being in love with Luna is definitely a valid reason to be a Ravenclaw. She's the greatest.

I love to learn new stuff and am always looking for a new challenge. I have been known to do things just because they are hard. I still want to learn Calculus -- so what part of NERD was a surprise for you.

I have a very quick wit. I am a major extrovert. But I have no real artistic talent like drawing or anything.

Others are right. You do sound a little stuck up (or as a true Ravenclaw would say narcissistic) by the time you finish writing this stuff.
