bbc was good, but i think that's basically because i am total love with benedict cumberbatch, i also liked the relationship between john and sherlock in the BBC one.

I agree that BBC is pretty good, and I found Downey jr. To be engaging also it explored a slightly different angel than most productions though there is definitely a basis for it in the stories. There is however a version that is absolutely hilarious, because it has such an unexpected twist, it's called Without a Clue and stars Michael Cain as Holmes.

Sherlock wasn't oppose to a bit of cocaine and such every now and then @Midnight Radio. Though, personally, I don't think you have to "qualify" to not get slack for being an adult, making an adult choice.

What did y'all think of Robert Downey Jr.'s rendition of Sherlock? I thought he was more charming than the original would care to be, though overall he did quite well.

If you haven't already, you should check out the new BBC rendition of Sherlock Holmes called Sherlock. It's pretty fantastic.
