Well thats reasuring haha.  I think its not the reader part of nerdfighting that is hard to find its all the other beliefs of nerdfighting that is not common in people. 

As far as people not reading i think it has alot to do with alot of people are really absorbed in their own lives.  What i mean is that reasons i like to read such as likeing to imagine myself in lives that aren't my own, i like to imagine and feel like i've been through things and done things i haven't.  I also like being inside other peoples mind,  it helps me be more understanding and grow as a person.  There are lots of other reasons i like reading but if a person is obbsessed with their own lives and thier own thoughts i don't think they would have much interest in reading.  In some ways i almost envy them because they are content with the way things are.  I, if given a choice would be somewhere far away in a fairytale land, while they have found something in this life and this world so interesting that they don't want to imagaine another one.

 

P.S. I would love to find more nerdfighter guys in south dakota but i actually think you girls have a distinct advantage over me being that you are girls.  I mean i think a guy would be more inclined to join the group if he knew a bunch of girls were in it.  Take car washes, and hooters for example.  (not implying that i see any of you in that light haha)

Well sure you're good enough :) And I can't stand it when people say that they don't like reading. I mean, it's inevitable. You read every day, whether you like it or not. Why go through your whole life thinking that it's so terrible?

I have tried to get my friends into it, but its been a failure they aren't into reading and stuff.  But i see how it is i'm just not good enough haha.

I was also wondering you know since nerds get pranked on alot, does anyone have any awesome prank stories victim or pranker?
