I'm noticing not many extreme sports. I follow stuff like:

MMA

Ju-Jitsu

Rugby [not too extreme but there have been terrible accidents]

There is only one sport in 98% of countries. I love the world game and support one of the 5 most successful European team, Liverpool.

I do running/jogging, but just when I feel like it. And I do push ups and such every evening (and/or morning). I just can't sit still for a long time.
