An interesting tautology problem for wikipedia. Randall Munroe has joked about this sort of issue before.

Mojo Jojo should definitely be a member of this group. This group is not complete without Mojo Jojo, because Mojo Jojo is the perfect addition for a group that is currently missing Mojo Jojo such as this. And if Mojo Joj is not a member of this group, then this group will remain incomplete until Mojo Jojo joins this group.

well, its more of a process of circular logic, like the reference in the comic, "if 1 million people join this group, then this group will have 1 million people"
