I'm having a Tea Party tomorrow set up by my friend Brandi. A group of us will bring different kinds of tea, brew it, drink new flavors and hang out! My mom is making Cinnamon Rolls for it! So EXCITED! I bought this tea called 'Organic African Nectar' from the World Market today that I've never tried before. It has rooibos leaves, hibiscus,marigold, and other tropical plants! Can't wait!!

Probably good, especially if some of it is herbal or not caffeinated, because there are several benefits of many kinds of tea. And it keeps you hydrated that way, too. That question was probably just rhetorical, I just realized, but I already answered it.
