Renting In Toronto

I am thinking about moving and starting a coffee shop in Toronto. I am american and it is quite hard to find good Rent housing in a city that you are not in!

I would feel much better renting from a fellow Nerdfighter than any old decepticon.

Any thoughts?

I actually rent a room just a short distance north of the downtown core, but I gotta tell you, with a ton of popular and amazing independent coffee shops in Toronto, you're gonna be hard pressed to open a coffee shop successfully...unless you open a branch of Tim Hortons.
