I'm a (dutch) Canadian on my way to the UK (mostly Edinburgh) soon! It's going to be my first real solo trip, and it's a little scary - especially because it's not a two week thing, more a two month thing (I am mildly panicking about finding a job and a place to live). But I am looking forward to the adventures - good and bad - I am bound to have.

The only other country I've been to is Canada, and only a tiny portion of BC, at that. There are so many places I want to travel to!

I want to see:

Japan, Switzerland, Hungary, Russia, Vietnam, Mongolia, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, UK, Brazil, India, Egypt, Hawaii, New Zealand, Norway, Iceland, China, Tibet, France, Italy, Finland, Romania, Peru, Guatemala, Jamaica, Morocco, Madagascar, Reunion, Antarctica, Croatia, Greece, Czech Republic, Poland, Tahiti, Samoa, Australia and Tasmania, Bali, Alaska, the rest of Canada, the North Pole (if there's any left by the time I get up there), the Sahara, the Gobi, the Amazon, Tierra del Fuego, Kerguelen (just because), Norfolk Island, the Falklands, Puerto Rico, the Everglades (what's left of them), the Asmat (both the land and its people), the ocean floor, and--if I live long enough--Mars.

If I had the money and time,and I could travel safely, for the most part, I would happily see every nation, region, and people on this Big Blue Marble. I think traveling broadens one's horizons, in more ways than one, and forever influences one's perspective on things. I would love to broaden mine. :-)

I've only been to Germany, and I loved all the old styles buildings. I can't wait to travel again after year 12! Any Ideas?
