i'm fairly certain no one would LET you carry on like a canary if you sounded like a blender. i know i wouldn't!
they're probably being honest.

I think I'm pretty good at singing, but I can't be sure. I mean, we can't really here our own voices exactly the way everyone else does. Everyone else has always told me I was a pretty good singer though so I hope I am. It'd be annoying if everyone had to listen to me carrying on like a canary if I really sounded like a blender

Becca you have my sympathy. I graduated college as a Opera minor. When I tried out for the Rocky Horror Picture show, everyone was amazed at my range and technique. But when cast list was post I didn't make it. Vocal ability aside, I wasn't a good dancer, and I just didn't pull the "creepy" element well.

I've performed on cruise ships...so I can't be bad. Especially as I was the only person under 18 allowed to perform (was twelve) and they had to bend the rule to allow it.

Well, I guess I'm ok 'cause my stepmum's an academic - she has tons of high brow people to listen to me sing.

I love singing, and what's so annoying is that I'm only good at Classical singing, so the moment someone finds out I sing they ask me to sing some song written in the past century, and I try, and then I sound cr@p.

are there any canadians out there who are angry that they canceled canadian idol...i went in 2007 and i wanted to go this year then i found otu cuz of the supid recession they didn't have the money for it....i'm so mad
