Oh ... horror. He wants an "engaging movie"? ... "Freshness"? ... "Emotional connection"? ... Bloody, bloody hell. Who the hell does he think he is? The stories are beautiful and perfect exactly as they are. And flashbacks? No. The stories work because of their erratic nature: they are dreams, they are meant to be a series of events. Ugh, this silliness is frustrating me. If Stephen Fry and Alan Rickman weren't in it, I wouldn't bother going to the cinema to watch it.

Don't worry, AliceUnderground, I'm extremely concerned. I'm worried (and, from the look of the trailer, it would seem that my concern is justified) that Burton will go over the top with the film. For me, Alice shouldn't be excessively kooky and crazy. I prefer a calmer, more chilling presentation. The Mad Hatter with bushy red hair? Please, no. Also, a teenage Alice? Either Burton's messing around with the story, which is not allowed, or he's (which I believe is the case) created a new story that occurs a few years after TTLG. This is entirely unacceptable. Nobody else can write a Lewis Carroll story.

Hi, this is actually Mrs. Jim. I'm the Alice fan here. Jim asked me to post links to pictures of the decorations I made for my birthday cupcakes this year. I had an Alice theme. I am not exactly an artist but I still think they turned out well. Hope you enjoy them.

OMG there's gonna be a new alice in wonderland movie coming out in May of 2010, and johny depp is going to be in it. Im not quite sure what part he's playing, or who is playing alice, but its coming out and it's going to be amazing
