Permalink Reply by Karl Franz Pfeifer on November 11, 2012 at 6:33am I'm giving it a shot. I've had this idea for a while and this is a good way to force me to get it out lol.
My recommendation to anyone would just be to WRITE!! You can't be a writer if you don't write anything, so just go for a draft, screw editing! I'm no writing guru (first time doing this) but that's just what's working for me.
Now if you'll excuse me I have about 37,000 more words to get through. Good luck! :)
Oh, and my name is Puffeifer on the NaNoWriMo in case anyone wanted to add me. Also up for proofreading/reviewing if wanted.

Permalink Reply by Karl Franz Pfeifer on November 14, 2012 at 4:54am Hi all!
I'm doing NaNoWriMo for the first time this year, and I just thought of something that may be helpful. So the goal is to get to 50,000 words, correct? Well that doesn't mean you have to be 50,000 words into your story. As long as you have 50,000 words of your novel written, it doesn't matter where you are in it! So my recommendation would be to feel free to jump around a bit, like if you have a good ending you want to write, then write it! Write anything related to the novel and it's bound to help you reach your goal.
That's just my two cents. Good luck to everyone!! :)
Permalink Reply by Lauren on November 18, 2012 at 7:43pm Hi! My name on nanowrimo is Dirty Plastic CUp (horrible, horrible username), so add me if you want to word war or something! I need help getting motivated unfortunately.
Permalink Reply by Jepha Krieg on November 20, 2012 at 4:32pm I'm currently sitting just under 32,000 and my novel is almost finished. It's not that I don't know what to write it's that the story is complete. How do I fit an extra 18,000 into a completed story?!
