Here at Nerdfighters.com, we’re about bringing nerdfighters together to increase awesome and decreasing world suck. We’d like to share a quote from one of John Green’s videos that we think shows the spirit behind what nerdfighters are about. (which you can find here.)

The Ning and Ningmasters:
Ning is a site that allows people to create a social network. Hank was cool enough to create this nerdfighter ning to allow us nerdfighters to be social, network and frolic around the internet.
Ningmasters are the people in charge of the day-to-day operation of the nerdfighter site. Hank and John are very busy people with very busy lives so they enlisted a group of volunteer nerdfighters to help them out. Each ningmaster is in charge of a section of the site but also in general tasks to keep the site running smoothly. The current ningmasters are listed at the bottom of the page under contacts.

Rules:
We here at the Nerdfighter Ning love free speech. We encourage thoughtful discussion, creation of friendships, and free expression of your beliefs and opinions with respect to other people. With that said this is a Ning site which means we have to operate under the terms of service of the Ning network and have to enforce their rules which can be located here: Acceptable Use and Conduct. If you follow the general guidelines of showing respect and consideration for each other and treating people like you would want to be treated then there shouldn’t be any problems.
