Well I can finally see all 3 of the pages of comments. Thanks for your kind words guys. Give me a little bit to go take a photo of the shoes and you can see what has happened to them.

Basically Hank's hair and face is so faded he is almost gone. Johns hair has gone all funky and the Elf has some green on his skin.
